Modern IT infrastructures are critical but energy-intensive. Prevailing research on green IT infrastructure (e.g., data centers) adopts a hardware-centric perspective (e.g., CPUs, GPUs and routers).
However, containerization and virtualization technologies have created new complexities. My work focuses on the end to end software-centric framework (e.g., network services, AI workloads) to provide granular energy visibility and drive efficiency.
